Cécile Argondico is talented cook, her last venture was L'Herbe Rouge, a cute restaurant tucked in Valaire, in the heart of Loire Valley. In mid-Summer, she harvest wild purslane growing between the vines in a plot called "La Gravotte" and just pickle it with her Pinot Noir vinegar.
