Delicious cherries pickled in Banyuls red vinegar with tarragon, cloves & black peppercorn. Less sweet, more sour and utterly delectable, these cerises will become a kitchen staple that's served alongside cured meats, pâtés, fresh baguettes and aged cheeses.
Substitute for cornichons on charcuterie platters. Shake with a little Elderberry Fizz. Save the syrup for vinaigrette or a cherry vinegar reduction once toute les cerises sont fini. Store in a cool, dry place.
