Cécile Argondico is talented cook, her last venture was L'Herbe Rouge, a cute restaurant tucked in Valaire, in the heart of Loire Valley. She took some wine from her hubby, Thierry Puzelat from Clos du Tue-Boeuf, and made a lively and bright vinegar from the cuvée "La Caillère", a 100% Pinot Noir.
In season, she customize it by macerating fresh fruits to give it extra layers...
